O. WENDELL HORNE, III was born in Cordele, Georgia on August 20, 1954. He graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1976 with a bachelor's degree in business, and he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia in 1979.

PROFESSIONAL: Mr. Horne is a member of the Macon Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Middle Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice. Mr. Horne serves as Co-Chair of the Law Political Action Committee.
